The Law Of Attraction & Art of Receiving

The Law of Attraction, as we understand it, doesn’t always work! My guest, Patty Lennon, shares why that is and how we can remove our blocks to receiving. Patty is an ex-corporate banker turned intuitive coach. She cared for aging parents, worked through grief and racked up significant debt in the midst of starting a new business. A big shift that brought 'magic' into her life happened once she started to surrender her heavy obligations and hold faith that the Divine truly had her back. Patty has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company and Daily Worth. She is the founder and CEO of The Receiving School and the author of the new book, Make Space for Magic. We have a lively and insightful conversation which includes:
• Living with the question, “Would God be happy with me?”
• Seeing success through a new lens of "How can I help others succeed?"

• What the energy of surrender creates for us

• The five rules of receiving: 1) Receive the outer world fully 2) Receive yourself fully 3) Clear space to make space 4) Learn your language – how the divine communicates with you 5) Do your 100 percent but not more; after that surrender
• The rejected self theory – the benefit to accepting ourselves as lazy, selfish, needy, etc.
